Adults
I offer counselling for adults experiencing emotional, psychological, or life challenges. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, struggling with relationships, or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right. Therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore your experiences, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping. Our work together is collaborative, respectful, and paced to suit you
Children & Young People
I work with children and young people who may be experiencing emotional, behavioural, or life difficulties. This might include anxiety, low mood, challenges at school, family changes, or difficulties expressing emotions. My approach with younger clients is age-appropriate, gentle, and supportive. I aim to create a safe space where young people feel comfortable being themselves, while working collaboratively to support emotional understanding and resilience.
Couples & Relationships
I work with couples and individuals experiencing relationship difficulties. This may include communication challenges, conflict, emotional distance, trust issues, or navigating significant life changes. Couples therapy provides a neutral, supportive space to explore patterns, improve understanding, and develop healthier ways of relating. The focus is on respect, openness, and working together towards positive change.
